Bringing the Vision to Life: Meet Calynne Daley

As part of our ongoing employee spotlight series, we’re excited to introduce Calynne Daley, Marketing Director, at The Daley Agency. Calynne plays an essential role in shaping how our agency shows up, through branding, messaging, client-facing materials, and the overall experience our clients have from the very first interaction.

With a background in marketing and a deep personal connection to the agency’s story from the beginning, Calynne brings both creativity and intention to everything she does. Her work ensures that clients feel informed, connected, and confident in the coverage and support they receive. As a mom of three energetic boys, she also brings warmth, balance, and perspective into the fast-paced world of agency growth.

In the interview below, Calynne shares more about what drew her to this role, what she enjoys most about her work, and what excites her as The Daley Agency continues to expand.

In one sentence, how would you introduce yourself to someone meeting you for the first time?

Hi, I’m Calynne — a mom to three energetic boys and the Marketing Director at The Daley Agency, where I help bring the agency’s vision to life.

What is your role at The Daley Agency, and what does a typical day look like for you?

As the Marketing Director at The Daley Agency, my role is a bit of a catch-all. I work on all client-facing marketing materials while also spending time shaping the agency’s overall brand, messaging, and strategy. No two days look the same, but each one is focused on making sure our clients feel informed, connected, and confident in working with us.

What drew you to The Daley Agency?

Marriage.

Can you share a bit about your background and how it led you to this role?

My background is in marketing. When my husband, Matt Daley, founded The Daley Agency, we combined our marketing knowledge and shared vision to intentionally grow the agency with clients who align with our values. That foundation continues to shape how I support the agency and our clients today.

What part of your job do you feel most confident in or enjoy the most?

I love designing marketing materials. It’s where I feel most confident and get to be creative while helping communicate who we are as an agency.

What’s most important to you when supporting clients or working with your team?

I love collaboration! My favorite part about working with my team is collaborating on a project.

What do you hope people feel after working with you?

Inspired!

What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?

I am a retired cake decorator! I still love to create cakes for special occasions for family and friends.

Outside of work, how do you like to spend your time?

With my boys! Between our 2½-year-old twins and our 5-year-old, we are kept very busy!

What are you most looking forward to as you grow with The Daley Agency?

I always love to take a trip down memory lane and see how far we have come. But I know we haven't even scratched the surface of what we can accomplish as a team.
