Meet Samantha Morrell: The Organized Heart Behind Client Support at The Daley Agency

At The Daley Agency, we believe insurance is about more than policies. It’s about people, relationships, and making clients feel supported every step of the way. That’s exactly what Samantha Morrell brings to our team every single day.

If you’re already a client of The Daley Agency, there’s a good chance you’ve spoken with Samantha before. Whether she’s helping with a policy change, answering billing questions, or getting a Certificate of Insurance out quickly, Samantha has been a trusted part of our support team for years. While many of our clients already know her voice and dedication firsthand, we’re excited to officially spotlight her as part of our team member series.

Originally from Long Island, NY, Samantha made the move to Summerville, South Carolina nearly 10 years ago and quickly fell in love with the slower pace, warm weather, and family-focused lifestyle the South has to offer. Today, she’s not only a proud mom of four, but also an essential part of The Daley Agency’s customer support team.

As a Customer Support Representative, Samantha helps service clients all along the East Coast while supporting our headquarters on Long Island. Her days are filled with assisting clients with Certificates of Insurance, policy changes, billing support, and answering general insurance questions, all while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

If there’s one thing Samantha is known for, it’s organization. Her attention to detail, reliability, and calm approach help create an exceptional experience for both clients and teammates alike. She takes pride in making sure every client feels cared for, informed, and confident that they’re in good hands.

Samantha’s connection to The Daley Agency goes back years. Before joining the agency, she worked alongside her brother-in-law Matt Daley at a marketing firm, where he handled sales and she served as the primary customer support representative for his clients. Their strong working relationship naturally carried over as The Daley Agency continued to grow into the family-forward business it is today. In fact, family is deeply woven into the company culture. Samantha’s husband Jason also works at the agency as an Account Representative, while her sister Calynne supports the team in a marketing role.

Outside of work, Samantha’s world revolves around family life. Whether she’s spending time at the beach, cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ sporting events, or learning to ice skate alongside her youngest who recently started hockey, she embraces every moment of the busy and rewarding season of life she’s in.

One fun fact about Samantha is that her creativity extends far beyond the office. On the side, she creates incredible balloon arches and displays for both personal and commercial parties and events. From birthdays to business celebrations, her creative touch has helped make countless events feel extra special.
