As part of our ongoing employee spotlight series, we’re excited to introduce Leanne Greb, Customer Support Representative, at The Daley Agency. Leanne plays an important role in supporting both our clients and internal team, helping to ensure that every interaction is handled with clarity, efficiency, and care.

With a background in document control and a natural strength in organization and communication, Leanne brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to her work. She is often a key point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, resolving issues, and helping create a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

Known for her reliability and collaborative mindset, Leanne is someone both clients and teammates can count on. Her ability to connect with people and maintain a calm, solution-focused approach makes her an integral part of the day-to-day operations at The Daley Agency.

In one sentence, how would you introduce yourself to someone meeting you for the first time?

Organized, responsible, reliable, and dedicated worker.

What is your role at The Daley Agency, and what does a typical day look like for you?

As a Customer Support Representative, I help resolve customer issues, answer insurance-related questions, and ensure customers have a positive experience with The Daley Agency.

What drew you to The Daley Agency?

I have worked with many members of the team in the past, and The Daley Agency fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.

Can you share a bit about your background and how it led you to this role?

My background in document control contributes substantially to my role at The Daley Agency. I was also referred by a current employee, which made the opportunity even more meaningful.

What part of your job do you feel most confident in or enjoy the most?

I enjoy the communication side of my role. Whether it’s talking to customers or collaborating with my team, I feel at my best when I am connecting with people.

What’s most important to you when supporting clients or working with your team?

I focus on creating a positive experience, whether that’s easing a client’s frustration or helping a teammate solve a problem.

What do you hope people feel after working with you?

The process was smooth, respectful, and handled with care.

What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?

I was on the TV show Kitchen Nightmares and met Chef Gordon Ramsay in person.

Outside of work, how do you like to spend your time?

Shopping, going to the gym, and spending time at home with my dog.

What are you most looking forward to as you grow with The Daley Agency?

I look forward to expanding my skills, taking on new challenges, and building strong relationships with both customers and teammates as I grow in my role.
