As part of our employee spotlight series, we’re excited to introduce Kristina Crafa, Customer Service Representative at The Daley Agency. If you’ve called our office recently, there’s a good chance you’ve already experienced Kristina’s upbeat attitude and friendly voice on the other end of the line.

Kristina plays an important role in supporting our clients through everyday interactions. Whether she’s answering calls, assisting with payments, or helping resolve questions quickly and efficiently, she approaches each situation with patience, positivity, and a genuine desire to help.

Insurance can sometimes feel complicated or stressful for clients. Kristina has a natural way of bringing calm and reassurance to those moments. Her positive energy and solution-focused mindset help turn what could be a frustrating experience into one that feels smooth, supportive, and even enjoyable.

Before joining The Daley Agency, Kristina worked in the medical field, where helping people during important moments was part of her everyday work. That background helped shape the caring approach she now brings to every client interaction.

In the interview below, Kristina shares more about her role, what she enjoys most about working with the team, and what she’s looking forward to as she continues to grow with The Daley Agency.

In one sentence, how would you introduce yourself to someone meeting you for the first time?

I’m a positive, upbeat person who brings good energy and loves lifting others up.

What is your role at The Daley Agency, and what does a typical day look like for you?

I work as a Customer Service Representative, where I answer phone calls, take payments, and assist clients with their needs.

What drew you to The Daley Agency?

The environment.

Can you share a bit about your background and how it led you to this role?

I previously worked for doctors, and through that experience, I knew I wanted a career helping others. It led me to this role because there are endless opportunities to assist current, previous, and new clients.

What part of your job do you feel most confident in or enjoy the most?

I enjoy being with my coworkers, and I feel most confident working on certificates.

What’s most important to you when supporting clients or working with your team?

Having a positive resolution for any issues.

What do you hope people feel after working with you?

Confident that they are in the best place for themselves and their business.

What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?

I taught myself how to play four instruments.

Outside of work, how do you like to spend your time?

Spending time with my nephew.

What are you most looking forward to as you grow with The Daley Agency?

Getting licensed.
